Analyst, Finance - Roaming

The Analyst, Finance will contribute to the team by producing, modifying and maintaining recurring reports, assisting in the forecast and ad hoc analysis processes, analyzing key performance indicators, monitoring trends, and communicating results to leadership and internal partners via standard reporting, dashboards, written and verbal communication.
The Analyst supports the Roaming Settlement process for monthly settlement and discounts with our national and international roaming partners. Implementing process design and quality control monitoring using appropriate methods to identify the opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. The Analyst seeks out opportunities for operational improvement and provides compelling business cases for change with proven cost savings or efficiencies. This position works closely with internal and external partners and must be comfortable championing ideas and processes to a diverse audience, including enforcing compliance with established payment policies and terms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Periodic and timely credit review and analysis on all assigned accounts. Ensures that credit risk ratings on accounts are appropriate and that actions recommended are in the best interest of T-Mobile.
  • Interact with Retail Partners, Sales, Legal, and Contract Administration
  • Escalation/communication among TMO team members, both inside of the department and outside.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance or Accounting (Preferred)

  • Work Experience:
  • Experience With SAP (Preferred)
  • Bankruptcy (Preferred)
  • 4-7 Years: Experience Of Ease With Collecting And Negotiating. (Required)
  • 4-7 Years: General Understanding Of Business And Consumer Credit. (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
