As the Data & Reporting Strategy Sr. Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and communicating the priorities of the Data & Reporting Portfolio of T-Mobile. The Data & Reporting Portfolio is a component of Elevate Transformation, which is a transformation program focused on process, technology, risk and data within the Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement functions at T-Mobile.

Your responsibilities will focus on identifying opportunities and developing an executable business strategy for the Data & Reporting portfolio. This role will serve a critical function between the Data & Reporting Center of Excellence and enterprise stakeholders. This role will work closely with portfolio leadership to define priorities, measure effectiveness and provide reporting up to the executive steering committee. You’ll contribute to the success of T-Mobile by setting strategic priorities, garnering support for the vision and establishing processes to manage the Data & Reporting portfolio as business.

What you will do:

  • Produce and deliver content to the executive steering committee aligned to the project roadmap and enterprise initiatives.
  • Facilitate leadership decision making by producing concise content, clearly outlining options and providing recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver value within the Data & Reporting Portfolio including leveraging cross-functional data sets to drive innovative business insights and supporting AI use cases.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop an understanding of critical business needs.
  • Collaborate with portfolio leadership to establish objectives and prioritize delivery of data & reporting products.
  • Manage and maintain the playbook of operational procedures utilized in the creation of data & reporting products. Ensure that appropriate controls and checks are incorporated into production steps.
  • Leverage business acumen to develop connections between data, people and technological capabilities to identify uses cases to maximize value of the data & reporting portfolio.
  • Participate in status meetings (Meta Scrums) and business review meetings to ensure alignment between priorities and resources.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, data management, or planning and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or finance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify and assess complex business problems and set prioritized objectives to address those problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey status, objectives and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in both autonomous and team environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

     Washington Pay Range: $128,600.00 - $174,000.00

  • The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.  

  • At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
