Don’t worry, if you don’t have a resume, you’ll have the chance to enter your work history and other information in your Candidate Home account when you apply. However, Professional (including non-frontline Retail and non-frontline Care) and Executive level positions do require a resume to apply.
However, assessment results are valid for 6 months. To transfer your results to the new position you apply for, click on the “Assessment” link and click “Next” a couple of times until you receive a message stating you have already completed the assessment, and your results will be applied.
Assessments can be completed on a mobile device or computer using any of the following browsers.
- Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and higher (Windows PC Only)
- Firefox Version 2.0 and higher (Windows PC or Mac)
- Safari Version 4.0 and higher (Mac only)
- Google Chrome Version 4.0 and higher (Windows PC or Mac)
Assessment results are valid for 6 months, pass or fail. You can try again after the 6-month duration has expired.
