Career breaks come in many shapes and sizes. Whether leaving to become a caregiver for a loved one, a veteran transitioning from active duty, or parents ready to get back to work after raising their children; we welcome and encourage you to feel bold and confident when returning to the workforce.

Our unique Returnship Program allows you to experience the T-Mobile workplace culture and share your talents to champion the changes in the industry. 

What you’ll get

Engage in new training for business and technical skills relevant to your role and gain real-world experiences through special projects. This safe space is an opportunity to build a community with others returning to the workforce. You’ll receive coaching and mentorship and reshape your resume during this 6-month return-to-work program.
