As an Operational Insights Manager, you’ll play a critical role in powering continuous improvement across our Operations organization. You’ll transform data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and reduce cost to serve—all while influencing decisions at the executive level.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building cross-functional partnerships, and turning analysis into impact.

Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

What You’ll Do

  • Lead analysis projects from planning through execution, delivering clear, actionable recommendations
  • Work with large, complex data sets (Teradata, MS SQL Server) to mine, validate, cleanse, and model data
  • Create executive-level presentations that distill complex findings into compelling insights
  • Provide operational reporting and ongoing analytical support to key stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, developing models and frameworks to measure and track results

What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or computer-related field (mathematics, statistics, econometrics, operations research, computer science, etc.)
  • Experience: 7–10 years of related analyst experience, with proven success translating data into business impact
  • Technical Skills:
    • SQL and database management (required)
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
    • Microsoft Access and PowerPoint expertise (required)
  • Core Strengths:
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives
    • Comfort navigating complex problems with creativity and independence
    • Experience leading or guiding team initiatives

    Base Pay Range: $87,000 - $156,900

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
