Product Manager, Accessories GTM

The Product Manager, GTM Execution Enablement is the operational engine behind Go-To-Market execution, ensuring that strategic plans translate into seamless in-market delivery. This role owns project management of product launches across all Accessories categories—tracking every detail from SKU setup to promotional readiness—and partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every launch lands flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch Readiness Tracking: Maintain end-to-end visibility of launch preparation status, ensuring all requirements are completed on time.
  • GTM Tactic Coordination: Align assets, pricing, training, and promotions across teams to deliver and validate all GTM activities ahead of launch.
  • Project Documentation & Calendar Management: Build and maintain project trackers, calendars, and communication plans that provide structure, transparency, and clarity on GTM timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM, Product Managers, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to enable smooth handoffs and timely execution.
  • Operational Execution: Collect and consolidate inputs from stakeholders (e.g., product lists, pricing, imagery, timelines), to drive progress.
  • Issue Escalation & Problem Solving: Identify blockers early, drive resolution, and minimize last-minute surprises in launch execution.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Support research, analysis, and documentation needed to enable project management success.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of relevant product management or project management experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership, employ collaboration and influence across teams.
  • Requires a strong skill set and a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset to ensure successful execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

    Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
