Responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the T-Mobile Corporate Card and Expense program. Drives the development, implementation and maintenance of relevant business policies and procedures. Works with the Senior Manager, Travel, Expense, and Card to optimize both costs and customer service. Possess solid understanding of the corporate card and expense industry, card and expense operations, tools, and processes, with the goal of operating the best in class corporate card and expense program. Establish benchmarking measurements for corporate card and expense metrics. Participate in communicating results for corporate card and expense to upper management and business partners. Liaison for collecting and acting on feedback from the corporate employees/travelers, administrative assistants, and vendors. Participation in company projects related to corporate card and expense.Primary enterprise SME and contact for program management for the Corporate Card and Expense program.
Provides leadership, forward thinking insights, and guidance, on policy, and corporate card and expense initiatives
Strive to ensure the corporate card and expense program is current, effective and best in class
Responsible for driving the strategy across the company for Corporate Card and Expense
Reviews controls and operating effectiveness for Corporate Card and Expense to mitigate risk and ensure employees are in compliance with policy and if not, reporting is in place to notify necessary groups.
Benchmark with peer companies and/or industry associations to keep abreast of new changes, challenges and opportunities; create benchmarking measurements for key metrics
Understand the industry and the latest developments within the industry and apply standard methodologies can be brought to T-Mobile.
Provide insights and implement direction internally and externally to ensure program success
Understanding to tie initiatives to company goals
Contribute to the development and execution of Travel, Expense, and Card team and broader Financial Operation goals and vision.
Participation and support as part of the Travel, Expense, and Card team
Primary operational liaison between third-party corporate card and expense-related suppliers and the enterprise.
Responsible for operational strategic direction of the corporate card management and expense audits.
Participates in cross-functional enterprise projects related to corporate card and expense to ensure appropriate requirements are developed based on a solid understanding of the impacted systems and the transaction flow.
Responsible to follow progress of projects and advance any significant issues to upper management for resolution.
Accountable for identifying, communicating and resolving risks and issues impacting financial, customer service, and quality for areas of responsibility.
Key point of contact for corporate employees/travelers, administrative assistants, department leadership, and vendors for all matters pertaining to corporate card and expense.
Investigates and resolves business partner issues/problems related to Corporate Card and Expense
Primary enterprise training Lead for the Corporate Card and Expense
Ongoing analysis and reporting regarding Corporate Card and Expense
Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualifications:
Preferred:
5+ years experience in:
Proven track record of leading successful teams.
Previous agency and/or payment operations experience.
Proven track record interacting with executive management.

Corporate Card and Expense program management for $150M annual program.
Management experience.
Experience in RFI/RFP and contract negotiations.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
