Job OverviewUse your expertise and knowledge to support the Marketing teams at T-Mobile. The Sr Sourcing Manager- Marketing will be responsible for use of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. It will serve as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers in the Marketing Procurement group. Establishing strategic direction, category strategies in assigned categories, including contract drafting, high profile supplier negotiations, coordination with cross-functional teams, interfacing with senior leadership both within T-Mobile Marketing and suppliers. Serves as a source of best practices to be implemented by more junior team members. Categories such as digital, social media, creative services, PR, research, field marketing, influencer, and content marketing. This is an individual contributor role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Competitively sourcing Marketing services spend through engagement of strategic suppliers and application of industry knowledge.
- Drafting, negotiating, project manage and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.
- Develop and implement sustainable strategies for assigned vendors/categories that include spend analysis, market considerations, and strategic importance, etc. Evaluates the current market conditions on a regular basis and makes any essential changes to support the needs of the TMUS business.
- Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business participates in, or leads innovation sessions and quarterly reviews for strategic suppliers. Interfaces with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and with Suppliers.
- Cultivates collaborative relationships with multiple business owners and strategic suppliers, while leading and/or supporting strategic projects with best-in-class sourcing practices.
- Drives the development and negotiations of complex agreements with suppliers encompassing key program specifications and objectives.
- Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering (Required)
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Experience in sourcing, preferably in marketing categories. (Required)
- 7-10 years Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. (Required)
- 7-10 years experience in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (Required).
- 5-7 years experience in marketing procurement best practices, trends, marketplace, and tools. (Preferred)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
