**Must be a US Citizen**The Collections Analyst is responsible for a portfolio of Enterprise or Government accounts, ensuring that payments for open charges are received and cleared accurately and timely. Utilizing strong analytical and customer service skills, the Analyst will work closely with both internal and external partners to proactively identify and resolve issues that may lead to payment performance issues including billing discrepancies, missing credits, and misapplied payments. At times, the Analyst will be required to enforce compliance with established payment policies and terms. Throughout this process, the Analyst will coordinate and document communication with the affected parties, striving to achieve a successful resolution, but also escalating issues as needed.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection.
- Engage partners and account stakeholders on various matters including billing, collection of delinquent balances, and negotiation of payments.
- Portfolio health is managed through review and analysis of account aging.
- Thoroughly and accurately document all interactions with internal and external customers for historical reference and potential dispute resolution.
- Maintain awareness of all payment-preventing issues and provide recurring updates on issue status.
- Actively engage in efforts to resolve accounts receivable (AR) delinquencies including analyzing historical payment trends, sharing insights, and proposing recommendations.
- Identify and socialize the underlying causes of AR delinquencies. Monitor assigned accounts daily for NSFs, order holds, credit limit overages, and other adverse circumstances.
- Work with account stakeholders to resolve these issues expeditiously.
- Partner with care and sales teams to provide support of daily processes and escalated issues.
- Assist in documenting business processes and workflows.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years experience work experience in billing and/or collections preferably commercial collections. Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
- 3+ years experience Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Microsoft Office - Advanced computer skills Advanced Excel/PowerPoint – Required.
- Project Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices - Required
- Communication - Superior oral and written communication skills including the ability to flex communication style and to communicate effectively at all organizational levels – Required.
- Analytics – Advanced analytical skills – Preferred.
- Ability to build lasting and effective working relationships with both internal and external partners to drive resolutions – Required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; effectively balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines – Required.
- Experience working directly with and training offshore vendor partners – Preferred.

Base Pay Range: $50,900 - $91,800Corporate Bonus Target: 10%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
