Analyst, Enterprise Test

The QA Analyst is responsible for developing and performing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and usability of the software. They work closely with their Test Lead, developers, product managers, and other partners to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Their expertise and attention to detail are needed in delivering high-quality software products that meet the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and document the actual results as needed.
- Interact with both technical and non-technical individuals; interactions may include educating, persuading and negotiating.
- Assist the Test Lead with running the work of Testers during test preparation, execution activities, and reporting.
- Have the ability to work across multiple projects and teams at the same time.
- Maintain and update the test cases and test scripts, track defects and provide testing and status reports to the partners.
- Translate business requirements into testable requirements, using test methodologies and actions.
- Report defects to appropriate team members, monitor defect resolution efforts and track successes.
- Use test tools, test methodologies, best practices and standard quality assurance processes.
- Works with the product owners to coordinate the development, updating, and maintenance of test cases.
- Analyze defects to resolve root cause.
- Ensure final documents are usable and of high quality.
- Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, and deliver training where required.
- Create test cases and test plans for integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with systems and development staff to collect and interpret technical
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years validated experience as a Tester or similar role, with a focus on software testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with SharePoint and Jira ;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Experience working on complex 24/7 critically important systems;
- Hands-on creating and implementing test cases , test plans , and documenting test results ;
- Shown analytical and problem-solving abilities with superior attention to detail;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with accessibility standards.

Base Pay Range: $70,400 - $127,000Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
