Job OverviewThe Analyst, Source to Pay (STP) plays a key role in supporting T-Mobile's Magenta Service Center (MSC) by executing essential financial and operational processes. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support our Concur expense, travel, and corporate card programs. In this role, you’ll maintain the day-to-day processes of SAP Concur, support employees with training and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies. You’ll also analyze expense data, resolve system issues, assist with travel related questions, and collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to improve processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer and support SAP Concur modules; troubleshoot issues and manage helpdesk tickets
Facilitate daily operations of the T&E and corporate card programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Audit employee expense reports and enforce T&E policies in collaboration with internal Audit and Compliance teams
Provide training, resources, and ongoing support for employees using SAP Concur and corporate cards
Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless system integrations (e.g., ERP and banking platforms)
Generate ad-hoc reports on spend, compliance, and trends for leadership insights
Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and stronger internal controls
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Preferred)
Related experience within a financial, shared services or operational setting (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1–2 years of experience in T&E, expense auditing, or accounting (Required)
Proven experience with SAP Concur (Expense and Travel modules) (Required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends and discrepancies in data (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and other MS Office applications (Required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills to support employees and partner with stakeholders (Required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities (Required)
Knowledge of financial controls and audit processes (Required)

Base Pay Range: $57,800 - $104,300Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
