Job OverviewOur Compliance Campaign Management System Reliability Associate Engineer (SRAE) follows directions and gains experience to help enhance and safeguard the software and systems supporting all T-Mobile's IT services, focusing on managing scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity, while also ensuring faster, better, and more cost-effective software delivery. From analyzing & maintaining CICD Pipelines to supporting building the next generation of T-Mobile applications on cloud native platforms, the SRAE's maintain great customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizes base level understanding of emerging DevOps-centric automation tools and technologies for CICD, configuration management, etc.
- Utilizes software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile’s services.
- Creates and uses dashboards for continuous monitoring and health check of applications, and the underlying infrastructure, improve the quality of services using the monitoring feedback.
- Develops and prepares data for dashboard views
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
Work Experience:
- Less than 2 years Systems Reliability Engineering
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environment.
- Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools.
- Experience with various scripting languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience in APM tools, such as AppDynamics, Grafana, etc. Data mining tools such as Splunk.
- Experience working in a cloud environment (public/private).
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing PowerBI dashboards to help our organization make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Basic experience with languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Automation Tools: Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Jenkins.
- Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Operating Systems: Basic understanding of Linux and Windows systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Networking: Basic understanding of network concepts and protocols.
- Collaboration: Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
- PowerBI Expertise: Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing PowerBI dashboards and reports.
- SQL: Basic SQL skills for querying and managing databases.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create visually appealing and informative data visualizations.
- Data Analysis: Basic analytical skills to interpret data sets and derive insights.

Base Pay Range: $63,700 - $115,000Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
