
Associate Analyst, Treasury

The Associate Analyst, Treasury supports front-line store operations by addressing financial and cash handling inquiries from retail locations. This role ensures timely issue resolution, maintains accurate store-related financial data, and helps coordinate banking and payment service setups. It also collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support efficient day-to-day store operations.Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to queries in the Treasury Inbox within agreed-upon time frames. These inquiries come from more than 5,000 retail locations and cover topics like deposit preparation and tracking, missed armored courier pickups, credit card processing, and cash safe operation.
- Utilizes DTS software, armored courier websites, Treasury Workstation, and online bank portals to research store queries and investigate missing deposits.
- Coordinates banking, credit card, and armored courier setup for new retail store locations within designated deadlines. This involves collaboration with banks, credit card processors, internal technical teams, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the store level.
- Updates the T-Builder Database for retail stores with information on courier pickup frequency, bank profiles, merchant ID’s and updates treasury associated milestones in conjunction with construction projects.
- Represents Treasury and supports cross-functional efforts across Sales Operations, Financial Operations, Payment Strategy Operations, and Asset Protection in serving stores.
- Supports data analysis initiatives and inputs and other treasury projects.
- In conjunction with armored courier service performance, reviews and submits invoices for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel required.
- Banking or cash management experience required.
- Excellent customer service required.
- Strong competency in customer focus exhibited by problem solving skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across organization required
- Results-oriented, efficiently proactive and self-motivated; ability to take initiative required.
- Impeccable integrity, reliability and consistency required.
- Strong team-player with a good work ethic; does whatever it takes to get the job done required.
- Wireless communication or retail experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
