Job OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Business Operations Manager to join our Corporate Security team. In this role, you will help plan and prepare for the future, both short-term and long-term. You will use your problem-solving and analytical skills to help our leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role also supports the evolution of Corporate Security function through tactical implementation and execution. Additionally, this role will help with some administrative duties for the team such as scheduling, coordinating travel, and expense reconciliation.
** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park KS **
Job Responsibilities:
- Support short and long term planning initiatives through research, tracking, and building business cases. Work with all teams in Corporate Security to understand objectives, provide requirements, and project coordination to support function-wide initiatives and solutions.
- Deliver informative and analytical decision support to the leadership team.
- Track key deployments and events.
- Maintain broad knowledge of Corporate Security's core deliverables.
- Complete budget related activities, reporting, and intelligence collecting.
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants and Events teams to ensure a full understanding of upcoming travel in order to provide appropriate levels of support.
- Disaster recovery support. Ensure partners are engaged, organized, and properly instructed; collect intelligence and summarize back to leadership.
- Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and reconciling expense reports.
- May be responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a combination of enterprise program, project management, business support or administration. This includes identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting project scope, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
- Experience working in or providing support to a Corporate Security program preferred.
- Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ability to apply data analysis to real-world business situations.
- Proven experience conceptualizing from big picture down to a detailed level.
- Proven experience working effectively with senior and executive level management.
- Must be proficient with MS Office and demonstrated ability to learn new tools/applications.
- Ability to develop executive-ready, compelling content across a variety of mediums.
- Occasional work outside of core work hours - as needed
- Must be able to travel up to 20% (most frequently to our Corporate HQ in Bellevue, WA)

Base Pay Range: $65,500 - $118,100Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
