
Business Development Manager – T-Fiber

This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and structure high-impact partnerships that align with T-Mobile’s Broadband and T-Fiber strategy
- Negotiate, execute, and manage contracts from ideation to execution – you're the closer and the relationship-builder
- Discover and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive intel, and strategic insight
- Build financial models and business cases that drive smart decisions and win executive alignment
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with both internal stakeholders and key players across the fiber industry
- Guide cross-functional teams through opportunity assessments, operational strategy, and go-to-market execution
- Deliver thoughtful, executive-ready communications to support strategy reviews, deal presentations, and partnership discussions
What You Bring:
- Master of the deal – strong experience analyzing and negotiating complex contracts
- Excel wizardry – confident in building financial models and analyzing data to drive business cases
- Storyteller – skilled in transforming insights into compelling narratives for VP+ audiences
- Problem solver – structured thinker who can simplify complexity and make smart recommendations fast
- Strategic operator – you balance speed with long-term value, understanding the big picture while nailing the details
- Self-starter – motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, high-intensity environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
- 3+ years experience with term sheets and contracts – including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
- Strong financial, economic, and market analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in high-growth, consumer-focused industries (wireless, tech, broadband, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing long-term, complex partnerships and projects

Base Pay Range: $90,100 - $162,600Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
