Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Lead Nurture Campaign Manager to join our team to execute cross-channel campaigns that engage prospects and customers across the entire journey.

In this role, you will translate marketing strategies into technical requirements, build the execution plan, and implement sophisticated lead nurture marketing journeys that drive qualified leads towards conversion. You will use your expertise in marketing automation, data analytics, and audience segmentation—then apply your project management skills to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized experiences across email, SMS, Push, direct mail, and other outbound channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—creative, data, MarTech, and analytics—to deliver flawless execution and optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines critical thinking with hands-on campaign management and a passion for customer-centric marketing.

This role can be located in Overland Park, KS (Preferred) or Bellevue, WA

Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead cross-functional workstreams across creative, data, audience strategy, and MarTech teams.

· Drive alignment and timely delivery of campaign components and dependencies.

Campaign Planning & Execution

· Identify target audiences and develop segmentation strategies.

· Build and lead campaign timelines, KPIs, budgets, and testing frameworks (e.g., A/B tests).

· Execute multi-channel campaigns and monitor real-time performance.

Analytics & Optimization

· Analyze customer data to inform and influence targeting and personalization strategies.

· Track key performance metrics (e.g., CPIGA, CTR, open rate, conversion rate, ROI).

· Provide post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to inform future initiatives.

Work Experience and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, (or related field) or equivalent (required).

· 4–7 years of CRM campaign management experience (5+ years preferred).

· 2–4 years of project management experience (3+ preferred), with strong multitasking skills.

· Background in subscriber-based industries (e.g., wireless, cable) preferred.

· Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships.

· Familiarity with loyalty programs, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and performance tracking.

· Experience in budget management and market research.

· Proven ability to use customer insights to drive engagement and conversion.

· Creative problem solver with a test-and-learn mentality and passion for innovation.

Base Pay Range: $76,200 - $137,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
