The Campus Programs Operations Manager ensures those experiences run seamlessly — turning bold ideas into scalable, high-quality candidate journeys from offer through onboarding. The Campus Programs Operations Manager drives the operational rhythm of T-Mobile’s early talent programs — managing the logistics, relationships, and tools that bring our programs to life. This role focuses on operational planning, candidate communications, vendor and logistics management, and partnership coordination across internal teams and university stakeholders. It’s ideal for someone who loves connecting details to outcomes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to deliver an exceptional candidate and partner experience.
** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). The role can be based in Bellevue, WA for current T-Mobile employees already working in the Bellevue, WA office location; Overland Park, and Frisco, TX. For external candidates, the role can be based in Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX only. **
Job Responsibilities
- Lead operational coordination for intern and early talent programs from offer through onboarding, ensuring smooth candidate transitions and readiness.
- Maintain and optimize tools and dashboards (Airtable, Workday, Power BI) to track headcount, milestones, and engagement touchpoints.
- Partner with Recruiting, HR Ops, and business teams to manage offer acceptance, relocation logistics, onboarding communications, and program readiness.
- Support communications, toolkits, and resources that create consistent, scalable processes and outstanding candidate experiences.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors supporting program operations — including shipping partners, swag suppliers, and event logistics providers.
- Manage shipping logistics for materials, swag, and equipment across campuses, intern sites, and events, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate vendor invoicing, purchasing, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Maintain preferred-vendor lists, evaluate new supplier opportunities, and ensure alignment with T-Mobile brand standards.
- Serve as an operational liaison for campus partners, including career centers, faculty, and program administrators.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career center staff to coordinate on-campus engagements, scheduling, and communications.
- Cultivate connections with faculty and professor networks to support classroom visits, information sessions, and capstone collaborations.
- Strengthen alumni networks by connecting current students, former interns, and T-Mobile alumni for mentorship, storytelling, and recruiting initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data and feedback to identify operational improvements and experience enhancements.
- Document and scale best practices, templates, and tools to ensure consistent delivery across cycles and locations.
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership to inform future planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree and 5-7 years of experience in recruiting operations, university programs, or early talent program coordination.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; thrives managing multiple priorities and partners.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with experience working across business, HR, and academic environments.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics, and budgets with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with systems such as Airtable, Power BI, Excel, or Workday preferred.
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $64,300 - $116,100Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
