Job OverviewOwns and drives business sales performance by working closely with business owners to gather sales requirements, translate them into clear compelling business cases and requirements documents, and then works with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and test the learning program. Primary liaison between the business and other relevant groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with Business Analyst, System Analyst, Sponsor and Stakeholders to ensure the overall business sales performance is positioned, deployed and supported globally. Evangelizes business benefits to stakeholders and influence project team priorities as well as to resolve user issues. Balances the customer’s requirements with constraints to ensure that the value of the project is realized.
- Collaborates within Go To Market and SEGA Learning teams to enhance and deliver current product and solutions learning experiences to enable field sellers and leaders.
- Facilitates product training sessions and supports knowledge transfer efforts to field teams and sales leadership.
- Supports project managers to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of upgrade and enhancement projects. Assists in developing and maintain a high-level roadmap of program initiatives that are consistently updated to reflect business priorities, constraints and dependencies.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with sales and solutions teams, as well as outside vendors as necessary to support Program objectives.
- Ensures timely communication and escalates program issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies to management and the program sponsors & stakeholders.
- Participates on projects that support Enterprise systems aligned with functional objectives, specifically focusing on how to support sellers with products and solution knowledge.
- Supports program pilots as necessary to verify initiative impacts on strategic business objectives.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Experience and demonstrated ability to teach others about products or solutions in a business or sales environment

Base Pay Range: $79,900 - $144,100Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
