Job Overview
We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Consultant to support enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives. This role will be instrumental in coordinating functional group and line-of-business (LOB) roundtables, driving inclusive practices, execution of Our Voice survey action planning and supporting the integration of One Team, Together values into business operations. The Consultant will play a key supporting role in the Employee Culture & Engagement team, helping to drive the company’s centralized, innovation-focused inclusion strategies. This role uses Human Resource expertise to enable collaboration across Functional Groups (FGs), Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and local Chapters, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

** This role is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and is based in Overland Park, KS **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate functional group/LOB roundtables to foster engagement, cross-company collaboration, and alignment with One Team, Together values.
  • Support action plans and implementation for Our Voice survey, driving recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Partner closely with the Accessibility Roundtable SME to ensure collaboration and address employee pain points, reinforcing inclusive practices and shared accountability.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to support business effectiveness and amplify impact.
  • Provide consultative support to Account Teams through education and integration planning. Maintain strong relationships with HR Account Teams, HR business partners, and collaborators across the enterprise.
  • Supports the coordination and delivery of assigned Employee Culture & Engagement programs, ensuring all components, from planning through execution, are aligned for successful outcomes. Supports the development and implementation of supporting materials, including documents, toolkits, and processes, to enable consistent adoption and scalability across teams.
  • Creates and nurtures a culture of continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving within functional groups, empowering them to drive inclusive initiatives forward. Brings changes and suggestions from each program to help improve and develop standard processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 7-10 years experience in inclusion and belonging
  • Additional 2-4 years experience in program management preferred
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams to drive engagement and results
  • Demonstrated volunteer management expertise with strong coordination and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities, with the capacity to engage varied groups effectively
  • Strong collaborator and teammate with a commitment to results and a problem solving approach
  • High attention to detail with consistent delivery of quality outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Outlook and overall PC/Internet literacy
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding service orientation with a strong sense of urgency and high personal integrity
  • Ability to remain resilient under pressure and adapt effectively in fast-paced, changing environments

    Base Pay Range: $81,200 - $146,600

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
