Job OverviewThe Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for insulating our base customers and consumers through marketing and communications strategies that drive revenue and retention. This person works cross-functionally to communicate T-Mobile offers, plan changes, and enterprise wide initiatives in a way that is thoughtfully designed and perfectly implemented based on the consumer journey(s) and business objectives. This role is responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategies factoring in market dynamics, consumer experience(s) and journey(s), competitive actions, and company priorities across total Omni channel. This role works with cross-functional teams such as Consumer and Market Intelligence and Insights, Acquisition, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Program Management and Operations to define and implement campaigns supporting the strategic vision. This role is available in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS and offers three days a week in person collaboration!
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure detailed execution of offers in market and performance management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer insight and business performance, development of promotional offers and brand value proposition and performance management in quarter.
- Responsible for seeing opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer pain points. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to gain new customers.
- Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.
- Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customer-centric story.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Presentations Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods (Required)
- Go-to-market Strategy Experience in defining and driving go-to-market strategies.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
