Director, Broadband Marketing

The Director of Broadband Marketing is responsible for leading the national marketing strategy and execution for T-Mobile’s Home Internet portfolio, including both Fiber and 5G Home Internet. This role drives the development of integrated marketing plans that span paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand priorities. The Director will lead a team that manages both national messaging and regional field marketing, ensuring that all consumer-facing outputs—from advertising and media to in-store and digital experiences—are cohesive, compelling, and performance-driven. This leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in media, creative, analytics, sales, and product to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate across diverse customer segments and geographies. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision, creative leadership, and operational rigor to scale marketing programs nationally while adapting effectively to local market dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead the development and execution of national broadband marketing strategies, including messaging frameworks, campaign planning, and creative direction across all consumer-facing channels.  

  • Oversee the integration of national marketing plans into localized executions, including geo-pricing, regional sponsorships, and field activations.  

  • Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to optimize cross-channel acquisition strategies and ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.  

  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for both national and regional marketing execution, fostering collaboration and accountability.  

  • Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and segmentation data to inform campaign development and market prioritization.  

  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and operations to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives and market readiness.  

  • Identify and pilot new marketing channels and programs to expand reach and drive innovation.  

  • Lead cross-functional briefing processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all touchpoints. 

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field of study. Master's/Advanced Degree preferred.  

    • 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on integrated marketing strategy, consumer acquisition, and campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.  

    • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving national marketing initiatives with measurable business impact.  

    • Deep understanding of both national and regional marketing dynamics, including field marketing, geo-targeting, and localized campaign execution.  

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing performance.  

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across media, creative, product, sales, and finance teams.  

    • Demonstrated ability to lead messaging strategy and creative development for consumer-facing campaigns.  

    • Experience managing agency relationships and internal creative/media teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.  

    • At least 18 years of age.  

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

    Base Pay Range: $186,700 - $252,500

    Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
