The Director, Business Steering will be responsible for driving the in-quarter outcomes that the Consumer organization is accountable for in the QGP, including both customer results and revenue. This requires developing clear visibility into performance throughout each quarter and delivering actionable insights that empower leadership to make decisions that drive results. This role will guide focus and actions across Marketing and Field leadership, ensuring emphasis is placed in the right areas to deliver each quarter’s commitments.

Additionally, this role will diagnose and present to Consumer leadership the levers available to drive incremental revenue. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Channel, and Field leaders to align commitments, enable execution, and deliver ongoing progress updates. The role requires not just reporting and analysis, but the ability to influence, engage, and mobilize leaders and teams across functions to meet business goals.

Un-carrier® Responsibilities:

Enterprise Reporting Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for creating a cross-channel enterprise reporting solution that enables Consumer leadership visibility and alignment.

Business Partner Engagement: Develop and drive weekly engagement plans with business partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and efficient coordination across cross-functional teams.

Collaborative Solutions: Partner with business leaders to design and execute solutions for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration into Consumer strategies.

Technical & Strategic Consulting: Translate business needs into sustainable, innovative solutions, while evaluating the impact of emerging technologies on strategic priorities.

Workforce Leadership: Foster a highly motivated, effective workplace culture focused on continuous improvement, best practices, and results delivery.

Additional Duties: Take on other projects and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Master’s Degree

    Base Pay Range: $164,200 - $222,200

    Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
