*This position will work on a hybrid work schedule and is required to come in to the Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS office at least 3 days a week.*

Job Overview
The Enterprise Sourcing Manager is an individual contributor that will play a critical role within the procurement team, focusing on strategic sourcing and vendor management to support real estate partners and the T-Mobile Retail Construction team. This position is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials, services, and solutions for retail construction projects. The role requires a proactive leader with expertise in procurement processes, cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support retail construction projects for T-Mobile, aligning with real estate partner needs and organizational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining high standards for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with real estate partners, project managers, and the construction team to understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring sourcing aligns with operational needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply chain reliability.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks in the construction industry to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular reports on cost savings and sourcing metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sourcing activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business, or Construction Management (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction, real estate, or retail construction industries. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in managing business requirements, complex sourcing projects, project schedules, negotiating contracts with suppliers. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development. (Required)
  • Experience working with real estate partners or supporting retail construction projects. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and improving procurement processes in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. (Preferred)
  • Prior experience in the retail construction sector. (Preferred)
     

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge: 
    -Deep understanding of procurement and sourcing best practices, including supplier evaluation and contract management.
    -Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and services specific to retail construction projects.
    -Knowledge of real estate development processes and supply chain dynamics in the telecommunications industry.
    -Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Skills: 
    -Strong negotiation and analytical skills to secure favorable terms and assess supplier proposals.
    -Excellent project management skills to coordinate sourcing activities across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
    -Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
    -Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
  • Abilities: 
    -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
    -Adaptability to changing project needs and market conditions.
    -Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term vendor partnerships and cost optimization.
    -Attention to detail to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities. (Required)


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM): Certification that indicates advanced knowledge in purchasing management, contract negotiation, and supplier analysis. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
