
Finance Manager, Marketing & Product FP&A Consolidations

The Finance Manager will drive the preparation and presentation of monthly financial reporting that consolidates the business outcomes and forecasts for the Marketing MIX organization, including Media, Product, Partnerships, and Growth (PP&G), Wholesale, T-Ads, and M&A. The Finance Manager will provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and present reports on findings, including offering guidance on course corrections as needed. The role will be an integral contributor to the business narrative, informing executive leadership about the challenges and opportunities in their business areas, as well as providing an overall outlook for the greater Marketing MIX organization.- Coordinate with multiple teams of individual subject matter experts to collect, consolidate, and synthesize driver-based financial reporting and talking points for monthly financial forecast cycles and weekly risk & opportunity assessments.
- Design and maintain Performance Views and other dashboards and reports to align key performance indicators and financial reporting segments with the current needs of our business partners.
- Build systems and tooling to support reliable collection, consolidation, and reconciliation of financial forecast information that ensures accuracy of reporting and financial forecast loads.
- Monitor the monthly financial forecast load to Oracle, ensuring accuracy and tie out with reporting, executive presentations, and dashboards.
- Oversee headcount and labor forecasting and targets for the MIX organization.
- Provide analytical support, including variance analysis, detailed forecast breakdowns, and ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive business decisions.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering
- 7-10 years’ Experience in Analytics and Planning
- 2 years Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP/BPC, Oracle, IBM TM1.

Base Pay Range: $86,300 - $155,700Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
