The HR Partner plays a vital role in implementing people account team initiatives and partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic outcomes for T-Mobile. This position requires strong business acumen and relationship management skills to advise with and influence executives, supporting the execution of creative, effective solutions. You’ll leverage data and people insights to support and drive initiatives through close collaboration with the Strategic Support organization and Centers of Excellence (COEs).** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and is located in our Customer Experience Center in Mission, TX **
Job Responsibilities:
- Operationalize people account team initiatives and ensure successful program delivery in partnership with the business. 
- Provide strategic direction and consultative support to executive business leaders on organizational health, effectiveness, and solutions that drive improved business outcomes. 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with people account teams and COEs to develop transparent, accessible leadership training, tools, and resources that enhance the employee experience. 
- Partner to attract, develop, and train top talent by supporting effective talent and leadership programs. 
- Analyze talent trends and data, provide data visualizations and predictive analysis, and use external research to support business strategies and initiatives. 
- Deliver expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel on HR programs, change management, diversity, and organizational development, fostering a fair and equitable work environment. 
- Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor on sensitive people matters. 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred. 
- 4–7 years of related HR experience. 
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. 
- Experience in planning and executive support for people strategies. 
- Solid knowledge of core HR services such as talent planning, leadership development, executive coaching, culture and engagement, team effectiveness, and organizational health. 
- Proven business acumen and ability to interpret, analyze, and act on data and trends. 
- Strong executive relationship management, advising, and communication skills. 
- Experience with organization design and workforce planning execution. 
- Ability to build and manage relationships with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Employee Relations, and other HR partners. 
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
