Integrated Marketing Manager – Home Internet

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU!  Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers.  All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!

Are you a strategic marketer who thrives on turning data into action, navigating complex projects, and advocating for the customer every step of the way? As an Integrated Marketing Manager on the Home Internet team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for T-Mobile’s rapidly growing Broadband business.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies designed to engage and retain existing customers. You’ll lead initiatives from concept to launch—leveraging customer insights, collaborating across teams, and using data to uncover opportunities that drive satisfaction and reduce churn.

This is a unique opportunity for a marketer with strong analytical acumen and project management chops. You’ll not only partner with our dedicated Broadband analytics, insights, and intelligence teams but also bring your own hands-on data skills to extract insights, inform strategy, and optimize performance. You’ll be a key player in moving fast, aligning teams, and keeping marketing initiatives on track in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves customers, knows how to navigate matrixed organizations, and brings both strategic vision and operational know-how to the table.

This role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive strategy: Lead integrated marketing plans that support commercial goals, enhance the customer experience, and reduce lifecycle churn.
  • Uncover data-driven insights: Collaborate with analytics, Consumer Insights, and Business Intelligence teams as well as independently dive into data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Champion project management: Oversee campaign development from end to end—managing timelines, navigating processes, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with product, care, operations, brand, creative, and analytics partners to prioritize initiatives, secure resources, and deliver results.
  • Build impactful communications: Partner with internal and external teams to create compelling, customer-first messaging that supports campaign goals.
  • Keep the customer at the center: Apply customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness and embody T-Mobile’s “Love Our Customers” value in every initiative.
  • Influence and mentor: May lead or coach team members and play a key role in driving alignment across shared teams and business units.
  • Support evolving business needs: Take on additional projects and duties as directed by business leadership.

What You Bring

  • Marketing & Digital Expertise:
Proven experience with email marketing and performance channels (web, ecommerce, social, paid search, attribution, etc.) and an understanding of database marketing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills:
Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data—both independently and with analytics teams—to pull reports, analyze results, identify patterns, and develop data-informed strategies.
  • Project Management Experience:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Experience working with shared resources, navigating processes, and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset:
Familiarity with customer service or customer lifecycle programs. Strong track record of using customer insights to shape strategy, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Campaign Leadership:
End-to-end experience leading omnichannel marketing initiatives—strategy, segmentation, creative development, and performance measurement.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required
    • Master’s degree preferred

This is more than just a marketing role—it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact on how T-Mobile customers experience our Home Internet products. If you’re passionate about data, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and are driven by customer love, we’d love to meet you.

Could we tweak this to be a little less about digital and a bit more on Owned channels.  I’d love someone with Email experience.  We do work with Web and the App teams so that could apply as well.  Social and paid search are not really applicable.
