The Legal Operations team is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our portfolio of enterprise level applications. The Legal Technology Operations Manager is responsible for managing, administering, and supporting various technological solutions within the Legal department. This role is crucial in developing applications on top of existing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the Legal department. The incumbent will work closely with the Legal Operations team and key contacts throughout the Legal department to continuously improve and adapt technologies, ensuring they enhance attorney and paralegal service delivery to their business clients.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Application Development: Develop applications and enhancements on top of existing solutions to support the Legal department's needs.  Primary tools are Microsoft Power Apps/Automate, Databricks, Azure Services and Snowflake.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build reports that enable business functionality, spend control, and provide insights to the Legal department.  Primary Reporting and Analytics tools are Power BI and Tableau.
  • Manage business requirements and scope, coordinating between cross-functional teams, to ensure product adherence to business requirements and direction. This entails establishing and maintaining relationships with Legal department clients to ensure that their needs are articulated in business and technological terms.

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Technical skills:
    • 5+ Years’ experience developing across all Power Platform products to design and implement solutions that meet business needs with speed and efficiency.  Expertise in Solutions, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.    
    • Proficiency in Python for backend development, API integrations, and data processing preferred.
    • Systems administration and implementation experience preferred.
  • Corporate skills:
    • Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design and deliver end-to-end solutions, and usher business users through user acceptance testing. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. Able to confidently present across all levels and departments, including the ability to distill the complex to the simple within your presentations and to influence leadership decisions.
    • Deep knowledge of corporate enterprise operations, and a proven record of accomplishment in building a network across departments. Strong organizational awareness capabilities, and the ability to apply that knowledge to accelerate initiatives.
    • Experience with Legal departments is helpful, but a growth mindset and natural curiosity is essential. In this role, you will need to quickly learn Legal processes particular to T-Mobile and will be exposed to substantive Legal issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Base Pay Range: $93,500 - $168,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
