Job OverviewOur Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team is searching for an impactful Manager to lead our National Alternative Coverage Solutions (ACS) and Small Cells team! This Manager role is multifaceted, providing expert leadership, guidance, and stakeholder support in key areas such as site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, and quality standards. This highly impactful role requires a blend of leadership, expertise, and forward-thinking vision to drive our organization into a new age of operational perfection. It will be the central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, resourcing, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and construction initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and process improvements is paramount. The Development Manager is adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Manager must be able to work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and track deployment production pertaining to Venue, Enterprise, Sponsorships, and Small Cell site leasing, zoning, and construction
- Administer contracts and track purchase orders regarding zoning and leasing milestones
- Draft and implement development processes, management plans and contract deliverable schedules (baselines), operational troubleshooting and training
- Regularly directs the work of direct reports comprised of contractors and/or employees
- Exercises approval authority for all employees hired into the department
- Communicates and oversees cross functional or company wide initiatives
- Leads the implementation of policy or organization structure changes
- Determines headcount, skill sets and other resources needed to accomplish the mission of the department(s)
- Influences executives regarding strategy or and to achieve business objectives
- Coordinates and integrates staff activities and resources across functional teams to implement strategies
- Acts as a top management intermediary to communicate Company direction to employees in multiple functions
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Technical degree or related field
- Masters Preferred
Work Experience:
- 4 - 7 years’ work experience in wireless site development or similar program management experience in telecommunications/technology deployment activities
- 2+ years validated experience leading and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional proficiencies.
- Highly developed oral and written communication/people skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Accustomed to leading cell site deployments, launch environment experience.

Base Pay Range: $105,900 - $191,000Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
