Job OverviewAs a Manager, SMB Sales at T-Mobile, you’ll lead and empower a team of dedicated Account Executives who help small and medium businesses thrive. You’ll design and implement strategies that deliver results, while crafting a collaborative and inclusive environment where your team can do their best work. In this role, you’ll balance driving growth with developing people—making an impact on both the business and your team members’ careers.
What You’ll Do
Grow Market Presence: Establish relationships with SMB customers, expand T-Mobile’s reach, and increase market share.
Inspire Success: Guide your team to meet and exceed sales goals through inspiration, coaching, and recognition.
Lead with Integrity: Implement operational initiatives that improve performance while upholding T-Mobile’s high ethical standards.
Build Connections: Host engaging team meetings that share insights, celebrate wins, and build alignment on priorities.
Develop and Promote Talent: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Account Executives, creating pathways for career growth.
Education & Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
4–7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment (Required)
2+ years of people management experience (Required)
2+ years in telecommunications or technical sales (Preferred)
