Job OverviewT-Mobile is looking for a Media Enablement Manager, AI to lead the development and implementation of AI capabilities within the Media organization. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, product innovation, and emerging technology — serving as a key driver in modernizing how T-Mobile plans, implements, and measures media.
As a strategic and technically proficient leader, you’ll be responsible for defining the AI vision, shaping the enterprise media AI roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to operationalize use cases with measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role that partners with engineering, analytics, media, and vendor teams to unlock new levels of efficiency, intelligence, and scalability in media operations.

*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with T-Mobile’s media goals, ensuring clear prioritization and phasing of initiatives
Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Lead discovery and vetting of AI opportunities across media planning, activation, and measurement — focusing on high-impact, business-aligned solutions
Program Execution & Delivery: Lead all aspects of AI implementation efforts, including sprint planning, breakthrough tracking, and risk mitigation across multiple internal and external teams
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, media planning, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of AI solutions and roadmap breakthroughs
Vendor Evaluation & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage external technology vendors, assessing technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with internal architecture and goals
Operational Integration: Ensure AI solutions are embedded within day-to-day media operations, including training, documentation, and change management support
Education and Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or product development with applied technical exposure
6+ years in media, marketing, AdTech, or MarTech environments
Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and diverse interested parties
Strong technical proficiency in AI/ML concepts and experience working alongside engineering or data science teams
Excellent communication, partner management, and organizational skills
Experience developing cases and translating AI capabilities into measurable outcomes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience delivering AI or automation solutions in media or marketing context
Familiarity with agile and hybrid program management methodologies
Background in product management, business strategy, or technology consulting
Understanding of media data pipelines, content metadata, or targeting systems
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
