Job OverviewT-Mobile is looking for a Media Enablement Specialist to join the Media Enablement team as a key technical operations leader. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers operational excellence across our strategic programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical project management expertise, thrives in multi-functional environments, and has a passion for enabling scalable, automated, and agile workflows. You’ll be responsible for optimizing tools, systems, and documentation that support media and marketing operations — driving efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across a rapidly evolving landscape.

*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. The role requires working in a hybrid environment at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Technical Program Enablement: Drive planning and execution of technical projects focused on governance, automation, and operational tooling across the Media Enablement team.
Workflow Documentation & Playbooks: Design and maintain taxonomies, SOPs, and playbooks to standardize and scale protocols across stakeholders.
Tool & Platform Stewardship: Administer and optimize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet), ensuring accurate documentation, streamlined workflows, and data integrity.
Sprint & Roadmap Execution: Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking to support agile delivery and multi-functional collaboration.
Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and call out issues as needed—providing timely and transparent updates to leadership.
Collaboration & Integration: Act as a connector across program managers, IT, media channel leads, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Measurement & Reporting: Develop reporting dashboards and status trackers to monitor project progress, operational health, and resource allocation.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
4+ years of experience in technical project or program management roles.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
Solid attention to detail and a passion for building scalable systems and repeatable processes.
Experience working with multi-functional teams in media, analytics, or technology environments.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and sprint management.
Superb communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Background in media operations, marketing workflow optimization, or digital program management.
Experience with systems integration and low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Power Automate).
Certification in project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, CSM, or SAFe).
Working knowledge of media execution platforms or ad tech tools.
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
