The ideal candidate will bring deep Telco domain expertise, proven experience in enterprise architecture at scale, and a strong understanding of B2B constructs, regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPNI, USGCI), and customer-centric platform design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect End-to-End B2B Experiences: Design scalable and secure solutions across onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows for T-Mobile’s enterprise and federal customer base.
  • Drive Standards and Governance: Define, enforce, and evolve architectural standards for integration across BSS/OSS systems and partner platforms.
  • Lead Strategic Integrations: Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce, ERP, billing, commerce, and customer management systems.
  • Secure and Compliant Design: Ensure platform architectures adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements including USGCI, CPNI, and enterprise-grade data governance.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and engineering leads to deliver cohesive mobile-optimized experiences.
  • Champion Platform Modernization: Lead initiatives for cloud-native development, containerization, API-first design, and data enrichment for transaction processing.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Technology: Lead partner evaluations and proof-of-concepts for emerging B2B capabilities and vendor technologies.
  • Deliver Enterprise-Ready Documentation: Maintain architecture blueprints, system documentation, and reusable patterns for development and operational use.
  • Advisory and Thought Leadership: Act as an authority on B2B telco trends, platform evolution, and innovation pipelines for customer engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in:
    • Telecom environments focused on customer-facing B2B product delivery.
    • Enterprise systems architecture or infrastructure design at scale in regulated environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Architecting or integrating Salesforce, ERP, and enterprise backend systems.
    • Working with customer-facing tools and ecosystems (e.g., Angular, Spring Boot, NBA).
  • Experience with BSS/OSS systems, commerce engines, and 3rd-party vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of federal compliance requirements, security standards, and data protection in the context of enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and API-first integration strategies.
  • Experience with federal and large enterprise customer constructs, including onboarding, account lifecycle management, and secure identity.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive partners.

What You Bring

  • Strategic attitude with hands-on technical depth.
  • Ability to lead across ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
  • Deep empathy for enterprise customers and a passion for elevating their digital experience.
  • Executional rigor combined with architectural vision.
