Product Manager - Product Compliance

This position will be responsible for ensuring full readiness and regulatory compliance for all connected products sold by T-Mobile and its affiliate brands, including mobile handsets, wearables, tablets, internet-of-things, hotspots, routers and new innovations. The position will also project and matrix manage all product launch readiness activities in support, including channels, systems, supply chain and marketing. The position will be fully responsible to ensure that all products launch meet legal and regulatory requirements, by managing a set of key actions across both internal T-Mobile teams and with T-Mobile suppliers. The position will maintain and develop best-in-class product management practices to be employed across T-Mobile’s product management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate and enhance key processes and actions that will need to be employed across a set of key T-Mobile teams to meet regulatory guidelines;
  • Work cross-functionally with T-Mobile internal teams and suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance steps are being met via utilization of an internal tracking tool; 
  • Matrix and project management of key readiness actions and deliverables in support of all T-Mobile products;
  • Support all T-Mobile Product Managers by managing and communicating key Product Management process steps, while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement supplier-specific programs to ensure T-Mobile’s product launch compliance steps while ensuring on-time delivery with quality.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-7 years relevant Product Management experience.
    • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with both internal and external leaders, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. 
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data.
    • Experience in delivering large and complex business/process initiatives.
    • Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that other teams can ingest and support.
    • Ability to commit to completing required work tasks and roles in a competitive and ever-changing environment.
    • Experience or familiarity with mobile products and technologies in a competitive environment.
    • Enterprise system background or knowledge is preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree required.

    Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
