
Product Marketing Manager - Insights & Performance

*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.We are seeking a motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to join the T-Mobile Tuesdays team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer behavior, tracking and analyzing program performance, and supporting consumer research and insights to drive improvements across our loyalty program. Your ability to produce in-house reporting and tie T-Mobile Tuesdays data to our Enterprise data will be crucial in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and grow, ensuring our program maintains its crucial role at driving customer engagement, and traffic to our digital properties and continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Assist in developing an understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and engagement within T-Mobile Tuesdays, maximising these insights to support marketing strategies and product enhancements
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term T-Mobile Tuesday’s performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
Produce in-house reporting for TMT business management, with specific focus on tying T-Mobile Tuesday’s data to core internal customer account data
Collaborate with T-Life Product Marketing, Product Management, UX/UI, Analytics, and other cross-functional and agency teams to inform and influence product roadmap decisions based on performance and insights
Find opportunities for innovation and growth, ensure our program maintains competitive advantages and continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Provide regular, data-informed updates and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making and prioritization
Deep dive data analysis and reporting as directed
Partner with other internal teams or vendors on initiatives to improve data accuracy & gathering
Extend company's data with third party sources of information when needed
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Work Experience:
1-3 years of experience in product marketing, consumer insights, marketing analytics or related fields
3+ years of progressive experience in analytics and data modeling
Proven experience with report creation, data analysis/visualization and business case development
Proficiency in SQL
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Python
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing and product strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating compelling presentations and narratives for diverse audiences
Collaborative approach with experience effectively supporting cross-functional projects
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
Self-starter and results-oriented with a desire for continuous improvement
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
