
Programmatic Campaign Manager

We’re looking for an experienced digital media professional to implement and innovate paid programmatic campaigns across T-Mobile LOBs. This role is a leader within our organization charged with collaborating internally and externally to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results.
Reporting into the Sr Manager, Programmatic Media, you’ll be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution and optimization for T-Mobile’s display, OLV, and audio campaigns. In particular, your focus will be on maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members to ensure proper tagging and trafficking for clean data. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within programmatic platforms and an understanding of the underlying auction dynamics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR ROLE
- Implement and manage T-Mobile’s addressable display, OLV, and audio advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms; including, but not limited to The Trade Desk, Google DV360, and Amazon
- Implement and adhere to the defined campaign launch and ongoing QA processes
- Implement a team-set strategy in platform, and suggest improvements/iterations for existing and net new campaigns
- Refine and iterate on the established best practices around programmatic marketing internally including campaign management, optimization, reporting, cross-functional collaboration and vendor/partner management and billing
- Work closely with fellow activation team members on campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting
- Implement and optimize the custom audience strategies applying 1st party data and inventory strategies involving a mix of auction and guaranteed buying models using data to inform decision making
THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist will have the following requisite qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (programmatic display/OLV/audio and/or ad operations) whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
- Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with the AdTech industry, inventory, and programmatic platform landscape
- Test and learn attitude driving strong data analysis abilities and the capability to identify trends within large data sets
- Experience in managing a range of campaigns across a range of products, goals, and target audiences
- Domain expertise in Google DV360, TTD, Campaign Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising Platform
- Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
