Are you a highly analytical and results-driven individual with a passion for financial optimization and risk management? As the Revenue Performance Lead at T-Mobile, you will spearhead enterprise-level initiatives to identify, mitigate, and prevent revenue risks, monitor and interpret revenue-related metrics to drive performance optimization and ensure financial integrity. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape strategies and provide actionable insights to safeguard key financial streams. Your role will drive proactive risk management, track and improve business KPIs and business efficiency ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. This position is crucial in strengthening decision-making, enhancing efficiency, and supporting T-Mobile's long-term financial success. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience against evolving risks.This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Revenue Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics. Analyze financial performance data, identify risks to revenue realization, and lead initiatives to improve revenue accuracy and forecasting alignment. Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret data and advise strategic decisions.
- Revenue Optimization: Find opportunities to enhance revenue generation and margin through pricing, packaging, and sales efficiency. Recommend actionable strategies to reduce churn, increase upsell/cross-sell, and improve monetization.
- Top Line Impact Detection & Mitigation: Investigate discrepancies and gaps in revenue capture, billing, and reporting processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement controls that prevent negative top line impact.
- Financial Integrity: Ensure consistency and accuracy in revenue recognition practices in accordance with GAAP and internal policies. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including revenue reconciliation and reporting.
- Influence Business Optimization: Influence the business to optimize revenue in areas of risk. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- Work Experience:
- 7+ years of proven experience in Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance, Internal Audit, or a risk-focused department.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Analytics and Planning; Finance roles, financial acumen.
- 4+ years of experience in business case development, complex financial modeling, forecasting/analyzing revenue flow, and forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting.
- 4+ years of experience managing large sets of data and producing meaningful analysis/BI dashboards.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, including clear and concise business communication and executive communication.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.

Base Pay Range: $108,100 - $195,000Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
