Role:

We are looking for a Senior level Animator who has worked closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Editors to create memorable and impactful moments. From digital displays, stadiums, sizzle reels, product explainer videos, employee campaigns and internal events, we work with our internal business partners to tell great stories that bring the brand to life in new ways that engage and drive an authentic conversation. It is purposeful, impactful, and always elevates the brand.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for editing video content under the supervision of the T|Studios Animation and Motion Graphics Manager and Director of Post-Production. You will directly collaborate with T|Studios creative leads, and the creative, digital and production groups to build industry leading Marketing communications. You will use your masterful motion graphics skills to enhance storytelling and strengthen the overall brand message to provide a quality end-product.

Qualifications:

  • You are a storyteller at your core.
  • You excel in the production of 2D and 3D imagery for use in company marketing materials and employee communications including email, web, television and digital displays
  • You leverage advanced animation skills including text manipulation, special effects, particle animations, XR production, compositing, green screen keying, matte development, masking, rotoscoping and motion tracking
  • You’re fast. Tight timelines don’t stress you out, in fact you thrive on them.
  • You can run with every project with little or no supervision at all.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude who is collaborative and welcomes feedback.
  • You assist in selection of graphic design elements, motion animatics, storyboard development, and providing technical solutions to meet the needs of the project
  • You are responsible for communicating important updates, work back schedules, technical issues and delivery dates
  • You work directly with the post-production team to ensure all projects are properly completed, distributed and archived using approved post-production processes, workflows and standards
  • You work with the creative team to create a cohesive vision and visual approach
  • You work with the project management team to properly track projects, associated work tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
  • You work with the content management team to acquire approved content, access media on internal servers and project archival upon completion
  • You have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • You ensure brand standards are followed on all projects
  • You project a positive attitude, self-starter, effective time management and thrives within a team environment
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and five years related work experience or ten years related work experience post high school
  • You have at least five years of experience working with industry relevant multimedia software
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, Mocha and Red Giant
  • Other preferred skills include cross-functional leadership, expertise in multimedia software, teamwork, proactive communication, creativity and problem solving, excels under pressure, creative thinking and conceptualization, and extreme attention to detail
  • Unreal experience and graphic design expertise a plus

    Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,100

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
