Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager – Broadband Growth & Innovation!

This role operates within a six-to-twelve-month strategic horizon and aligns with annual commercial objectives. The work requires collaboration with multiple internal and external groups such as Marketing Intelligence, Product Engineering, Marketing, Network, Program Management, and Customer Experience Operations to implement a strategic vision. The ideal candidate is innovative and data-oriented, able to identify and optimize new opportunities, implement initiatives successfully, and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Execution: Develop and implement innovative broadband strategies to improve customer experience, drive subscriber growth, and increase revenue, aligning with our annual commercial objectives.
  • Data-Backed Decision Making: Use advanced analytics and insights to see opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to implement and sustain key initiatives, ensuring alignment with our broader commercial roadmap.
  • Market and Product Fit Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and define target opportunities for broadband growth and competitive positioning.
  • Program and Initiative Leadership: Lead the discovery and execution phases for new broadband opportunities, defining scope, business rationale, and roadmaps.
  • Revenue Optimization: Drive financial and operational success by collaborating across functions to remove barriers and optimize performance.
  • Innovation in Broadband Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to accelerate broadband penetration, demonstrating emerging technologies and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in broadband, telecommunications, or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Financial Savvy: Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
