
Senior Copywriter

From campaign concepts and launch moments to retail, print, video, and OOH, you’ll write with precision, empathy, and energy—grounded in our brand voice and always pushing for clarity and creativity.
As part of T-Studios, you’ll partner with designers, creative directors, and studio managers to bring ideas to life across integrated platforms. You’ll also work closely with marketing and business partners to translate strategy into smart, impactful creative.
This is a role for a seasoned writer who’s confident in a room, collaborative on a team, and sharp on the page. Someone who’s excited to lead big projects, contribute to team culture, and keep leveling up the work. You leave your ego at the door, ask smart questions, and love finding the best idea—no matter where it comes from.
This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write copy for a range of mediums including broadcast, digital, social, retail, OOH, internal channels, and branded content
- Concept and develop integrated campaign ideas in collaboration with art directors and designers
- Craft messaging that simplifies complex information while maintaining the tone, clarity, and voice of the brand
- Translate briefs into ideas that connect emotionally and drive action across platforms
- Lead copy development across large-scale projects, overseeing quality and consistency from kickoff through production
- Present and sell through your work clearly and confidently, internally and with collaborators
- Collaborate closely with studio managers and producers to ensure timely delivery and detailed execution
- Partner with junior writers, offering mentorship, editorial feedback, and writing support
- Contribute to creative workshops, team brainstorms, and pitch development
- Stay up to date on cultural trends, industry shifts, and creative tools—including AI and automation
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
4+ years of copywriting experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and campaign storytelling
- Experience writing for broadcast, social, product, retail, and print
- Ability to confidently present ideas and handle feedback with professionalism and clarity
- Proven success working on fast-paced projects and being responsible for the creative process from idea to execution
- Strong collaboration skills with creative partners, studio managers, and marketing partners
- Curiosity around AI, automation, and how writing workflows are evolving
- A team-first approach, attention to detail, and an instinct to raise the bar on everything you touch
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and polished writing across channels is a plus
- At least 18 years of age

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
