We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, with a preference for Oracle, and a deep understanding of relational databases, connections, ETL, and data debugging. This role requires the ability to create, test, and maintain quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SQL code, with a focus on Oracle databases.
  • Design and implement relational databases, ensuring efficient data connections and ETL processes.
  • Debug data issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis using sharp analytical skills.
  • Tackle complex problems by asking the right questions, contacting the correct resources, and finding effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate technical tasks into business terms and turn business requirements into technical actions (Finance background preferred)
  • Organize and manage tasks optimally, including writing comprehensive documentation.
  • Present innovative ideas to improve existing frameworks and drive process refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. (Required)
  • 4-7 years’ experience in technical engineering. (Required)
  • Strong background in SQL development (Oracle/Oracle ERP preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of relational databases, connections, ETL, and data debugging.
  • Excellent analytical skills for deep-dive analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
  • Strong organizational and task leadership skills.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to present new ideas and perspectives.

Base Pay Range: $113,600 - $205,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
