As a Senior Manger, Finance leading our Cash and BTL forecasting, you will be playing a critical role in supporting the Company in achieving its cash generation goals, by providing actionable reporting, analysis, and insights on business activities to help drive desired financial outcomes. This position requires you to collaborate with partners throughout FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and others on a consistent basis to consolidate and assess financial progress against short- and long-term goals/benchmarks. You also articulate findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner to all levels of the organization and possess excellent comprehension skills in the face of ambiguity.Job Responsibilities:
- Drive analytics and forecasting of key below-the-line expense and working capital items
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support requests from Treasury, Investor Relations, DT, Finance Leadership, etc.
- Lead a team of Managers and/or Analysts, while building a strong culture around results and values
- Support the capital planning process
- Serve as a knowledge expert on new business and finance activities that impact cash flow forecasting and reporting (e.g. M&A activities, changes to securitization, new debt instruments, etc.)
- Create executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
- Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks
- Develop innovative technical solutions to drive process and reporting enhancements within the Cash Forecasting team
- Strong working knowledge of key cash flow and working capital concepts
- Assist in developing and maintaining quarterly IFRS financial reporting and storylines to our Deutsche Telekom partners
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required)
- 7-10 years Experience in Analytics and Planning. Required
- 2-4 years Experience in leading successful teams,. Required
- 2-4 years Experience in SAP or similar ERP. Required
- 2-4 years Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion or similar tools. Required
- 2-4 years Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience. Required
- More than 10 years Experience in Analytics and Planning. Preferred
- 4-7 years Experience in leading successful teams. Preferred
- Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in business case development, complex financial modeling. Preferred
- Experience with forecasting/analyzing cash flow. Preferred
- Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company. Preferred

Base Pay Range: $118,200 - $213,200Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
