T-Ads is looking for an experienced senior people manager that will be responsible for managing our on-device ad experiences and leading a team of technical product managers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing small teams in a large, cross-functional, environment and experience with ad-supported or mobile product management.
This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your direct teams with Sales and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, device manufacturers and supporting vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee complex, widely used, highly visible, consumer mobile products and navigate various stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless business operations. This includes creating and managing product roadmaps and business cases, mentoring and leading product managers, and working closely with other business units on product requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business leadership to understand and execute strategy, identify, and capture product opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines, ensure successful product delivery, and meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features, improvements, and updates.
- Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership. This includes regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven findings.
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.
- Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines.
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Technology Management (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- 4-7+ years of relevant Product Management experience as well as experience managing people.
- 4-7 years’ experience Leading cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of AdTech products (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Product Management Expertise in managing the lifecycle of a product from conception to launch, including market analysis and feature definition. (Required)
- Leadership Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion while managing resources and timelines. (Required)
- Strategic Thinking Capability to develop long-term strategies aligned with business objectives and technological advancements. (Required)
- Customer Satisfaction Skills in enhancing product features based on customer feedback to improve user satisfaction and engagement. (Preferred)
- Analytics Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions that support business growth. (Required)
- Problem Solving Ability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to technical and business challenges. (Required)
- Cross Functional Relationships Skills in building and maintaining effective relationships across different business units and teams. (Required)
- Communication Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation to stakeholders at all levels. (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
