Senior Photographer

T-Mobile’s in-house creative team, T-Studios, is hiring a Senior Photographer with a strong portfolio in live events, lifestyle, and portrait photography. This role requires expert knowledge of studio strobe lighting, post-production workflows, and studio management. You’ll collaborate with producers and creatives to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned visual content across a variety of formats. Travel is required for on-location shoots and event coverage. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a passion for storytelling and creative exploration.

This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Event photography – Plan, lead and execute company events across the country. 
  • Expert in studio and environmental portraits  
  • Lifestyle photography – Ability to provide strong direction to talent, collaboration with creative teams while depicting real life authentic environments 
  • Plan, manage and organize photography studio and gear 
  • Must be able to assess color and quality of images. Post-production workflow includes ingest, asset organization, converting image files from raw to jpeg format, editing, metadata entry, and the production of contact sheets 
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. 

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Photography or related field. (Equivalent experience accepted.) (Required)
  • 2+ years expertise with use of studio strobe lighting (Required)
  • 7+ years experience producing various types of photo shoots (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of editing software including Photoshop and Lightroom with the ability to quickly learn and use new technology as it becomes available (Required)
  • Experience with PhotoMechanic and Capture One (Preferred)
  • Strong expertise in professional photographic equipment, including Canon gear (Required)
  • Thorough photographer with strong organizational skills, consistently delivering high-quality work through efficient planning, gear management, and streamlined production workflows (Required)

  • Open to traveling up to 50% (Required)

  • Must provide a portfolio: website or examples of published work. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's license or any form of valid ID (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
