About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Wholesale to drive new initiatives, enhance existing products, and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions for our Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) partners. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding experiences to our partners and customers.

This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate across the MVNO organization and enterprise teams to define, develop, and implement the product roadmap.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring them to life.
  • Guide technical discussions with network architects, IT teams, and back-office functions to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Solve complex challenges related to billing, network connectivity, and performance while supporting internal teams and partners.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external customers on technical features and product capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, with a strong background in telecommunications (preferably in wholesale, MVNO, or enterprise models).
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of wireless network technologies, data services, and billing platforms (BSS/OSS).
  • Product Vision: Ability to craft and drive a product strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Strong communicator who can engage technical and non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and drive execution.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent.

Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
