As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Broadband Innovation Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how people live, work, and play at home. What You’ll Do
- Shape the future of T-Mobile Home Internet’s product roadmap by identifying and developing new portfolio opportunities that unlock customer value.
- Partner with teams across Consumer Insights, Analytics, Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence to discover what our customers truly want—and what they didn’t know they needed.
- Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives, measuring impact through key metrics like conversion, subscriber growth, and revenue uplift.
- Develop strategic briefs, target segment definitions, and market sizing forecasts to drive product development and prioritization.
- Turn data and insights into game-changing product concepts, strategic briefs, and revenue-driving business cases.
- Define customer segments, forecast market potential, and drive compelling value propositions with features and benefits that solve real pain points.
- Own and influence end-to-end GTM strategy, including pricing, promotional planning, messaging, and channel activation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or product marketing within a high-growth or Fortune 500 environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive long-term growth strategy; build new businesses or ventures.
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and adjusting tactics to maximize impact.
- Strong analytical mindset—able to distill complex research and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights.
- A customer-obsessed storyteller who can transform insights into compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for uncovering untapped opportunities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- At least 18 years of age

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
