Senior Administrators, Salesforce located in Bellevue, WA will implement Salesforce cloud solutions, including data migration.Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage integration points, including 3rd party managed packages between upstream and downstream systems.
Provide support on Salesforce issues including availability, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Partner with team to debug and diagnose complex defects, conduct root cause analysis, and make resolution recommendations.
Utilize Agile-based development and methodologies.
Work with Salesforce technical limitations and considerations while designing the solution.
Utilize knowledge of Salesforce out-of-box features including implementing knowledge articles, email-to-case, web-to-case, macros, omni channel, and case management.
Adopt best practices and configure security setting for internal and external users (community users).
Use various configurations within Salesforce community, community manager and community builder.
Leverage Source Control tools including Gitlab, GitHub, Copado.
Work with agile development methodologies, CI/CD automation and release management tools including Copado.
Evaluate existing solutions and recommend potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week.
No additional national or international travel is anticipated.
Skill requirements:
(1) Designing, building, and testing Salesforce customized solutions using automation tools within Salesforce including Flows, Process Builders, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules and Custom Apex Triggers; using Visual Force and Lightning App Builder to enhance UI experience.
(2) Maintaining all aspects of Salesforce system security using profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
(3) Integrating Salesforce with other applications through managed and unmanaged packages using SOAP, REST APIs, Sites and Connected Apps.
(4) Using SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and Workbench to extract, transform and load data to and from Salesforce to ensure data quality and integrity.
(5) Using JIRA, Gitlab, and Copado to follow end to end development and release methodologies.
(6) Applying knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, Apex Data Loader, Copado, and Force.com.
Experience and education requirements:
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.

Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
