We collaborate closely across teams to define system capabilities, align business needs, and develop user stories with validation and traceability for both new and existing applications. Our team facilitates clear communication between customers, ensuring detailed integration of business requirements into impactful solutions. In this role, you'll assess system impacts, conduct gap and process analyses, and provide cost/benefit insights to optimize our products, services, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Champions business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders. Brokers consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs.
- Elicits and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requests.
- Facilitates requirement sessions with customers and to build robust work products and documentation requirements, including validating and tracing requests. Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and to benefit the business.
- Provides SME leadership and consulting support on sophisticated tasks. Initiate and implement initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools used by the team. Reviews work and provides input for other analysts. Solid grasp of all business channels.
- Builds and resolves modeling approach to represent requirement information in graphical forms that augment textual representation.
- Develops a business analysis work-plan to handle own tasks, work, schedule and provides information to team members and Project Management. Facilitates business leadership and other company partners in the definition of business roadmaps.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4-7 years Systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems.
- Policy & Process Understanding: Confirmed ability to analyze and interpret how policies, systems, and processes impact requests and projects, ensuring efficient decision-making and alignment to standard processes. Strong adaptability and problem solving ability required.
- Customer & Partner Management: Validated experience in consulting, relationship-building, and customer management, and ability to gain partner trust and efficiently advocate for business needs.
- Technical Proficiency & Documentation: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) coupled with SQL experience. Skilled in project management. Experience in Microsoft Azure and Databricks is preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information to diverse audiences and collaborate optimally across teams.

Base Pay Range: $80,900 - $146,000Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
