Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Risk

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for the company’s enterprise risk management program that enables T-Mobile to understand, consider, manage, and disclose to investors the risks that can have a material effect on a company’s financial condition and results of operations.ERM works with all levels of the enterprise, including the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Officers & Executives across all organizations in the Company. ERM also works closely with other governance functions, including those within Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Compliance, Finance, and Technology, to determine impacts associated with various risks along with associated mitigating activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support management team for ERM in reporting to the Board, Board Committees, Officers, Executive and Business Leadership.
- Plan, conduct, and lead enterprise risk assessment activities, including risk research, executive interviews, and reporting.
- Support and participate in other enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance efforts.
- Consistently deliver on commitments, deadlines and objectives while remaining in scope and leveraging appropriate tools, methods, frameworks, and professional standards.
- Demonstrate consistent credibility with business partners and leadership while recommending initiatives, identifying gaps, and potential issues.
- Support and participate in the continuous improvement of ERM processes, policies, and programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of professional experience in risk management, information security, business operations, project/program management, finance, business analytics, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving and analysis: identifies issues, analyzes information to assess root cause and relationships, risks, and potential risk responses.
- Demonstrated strong business writing and professional oral communication skills.
- A proven ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to a constantly changing business environment, work independently, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment—with only periodic supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage and initiate effective cross-functional relationships.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries, and analyses.
- Risk management, audit, and/or project management certifications a plus (e.g. RIMS-CRMP, CIA, CRISC, CISM, CRMA)
- Up to 5% travel

Base Pay Range: $64,800 - $116,900Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
