Sr Analyst, Order To Cash - Roaming

** This position must be located in Overland Park, KS. This role is hybrid, and cannot be a remote role. 

As a Senior Analyst in the OTC team, you will take on a leadership role within the assigned OTC department, leveraging expertise in key operational areas such as AR/AP/FP&A/ Accounting. You will work with minimal supervision to develop business metrics, lead high-visibility initiatives, and drive operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical, program management, and change management skills to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to meet or exceed defined KPIs for the OTC department.
  • Define, assess, and track business and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Drive business case development, challenge assumptions, and provide insights on performance trends.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improved cash flow, margin optimization, and productivity gains.
  • Manage and resolve operational escalations, performing in-depth root cause analysis and executing long-term solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in OTC operations, with the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to operational challenges.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable results.
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance or accounting
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • 7+ years of experience applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.
  • 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects with quantifiable results.
  • Proven experience in delivering business insights through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Base Pay Range: $56,200 - $101,300

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
