Job OverviewThe Sr Analyst, Supply Chain at T-Mobile is instrumental in enhancing supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves tackling complex challenges across various supply chain functions such as planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, business and performance insights, and logistics, employing problem-solving techniques like root-cause analysis to ensure operational excellence. By collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, the Sr Analyst ensures cohesive strategies are implemented to address operational issues and drive continuous improvement. The position is critical for executing large-scale projects focused on cost savings and operational efficiencies, while also staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the business. Through their expertise and strategic insights, the Sr Analyst significantly contributes to the operational success and competitive positioning of T-Mobile.
** This position must be in Overland Park, KS. This role is hybrid and cannot be a remote role.
Job Responsibilities:
Enhances supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives.
Tackles complex challenges across various supply chain functions including planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, and logistics.
Employs problem-solving techniques like root-cause analysis to identify potential issues, mitigate risk and ensure operational excellence.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies are implemented to address operational issues.
Stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the business and uses best practices to implement continuous improvement and execute large-scale projects.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial Management (Required)
2-4 years Experience in supply chain management focusing on or more functional areas such as planning, fulfillment, vendor performance and operations (Required)
2-4 years Experience in collaborating across teams building cross-functional relationships (Preferred)
2-4 years Experience in supporting large-scale projects aimed at cost savings and improving operational efficiencies (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations. (Preferred)
Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management, essential for planning and fulfillment roles within the supply chain. (Preferred)
Six Sigma Certification: Certification that indicates proficiency in using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $68,400 - $123,400Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
